  • Basic Info: setup the Extension Info and PIN Code

    • Extension Info: edit Extension Key, Label and Type (extension or conference)

    • Hot desking: allow the IP phone to work for 2 bizphone extensions at a time. For example, ext 101's IP phone is broken and this agent needs to make and receive call. Ext 102's phone is available. Then agent 101 goes to IP Phone 102, press 900 + Call + their PIN code (unnecessary to turn on); the sip account of ext 101 is mapped to the IP Phone 102. When they want to come back to normal, just press 901.

    • PIN code: if this feature is turned on, a code is required to entered correctly before a call is made.

    • SIP account: the credential for configuration on your device (IP phone)
