Call recording can work with SIP, Virtual Line, Direct Line, and BizPhone extension
1. Assign Call Recording to a subscription
Please follow this instruction to be able to record your subscription
Click on the plus icon [+] to assign
Key in the subscription number or subscription name
Select subscription that you wish to record
Finally, click on [Save]
2. Unassign Call Recording
Click the pencil icon next to a subscription number
Click Unassign and Save
