The template refers to template of

Unpaid invoice (Invoice generated for a sales transaction)
Paid invoice (Receipt sent after a successful purchase, renewal or top up)
Monthly tax invoice (Monthly statement of usage, purchase and credit balance)
Postpaid monthly tax invoice
