Staff app is where you store your staff information, design different work rules for part-time and full-time staff, and get notifications of the impending expiration of critical documents such as passport, work permits. 


In order to streamline the procedure and way of operation, we have upgraded the HR suite and also decide to End of Life the Staff app. Except for Department and Audit log that were removed to simplify the product, other features are now merged to other HR applications. In detail,

  1. Staff list: is now included in each HR app; meaning all the staff data previously in the Staff App are now managed in the Portal and each HR app also has a User tab with the staff data synced with Portal.
  2. Project configuration: moves to Timelog
  3. Company settings: moves to Payroll
  4. Work rule: moves to Payroll
