1. Customer app: The release of Subscription Operation feature

  • Description: Service Providers can notice ALL failed to renew or expiring subscriptions and take necessary actions at one place.

  • Status: Deployed in February 2018.

2. Platform: The launch of Portal Settings app

  • Description: Portal Settings controls the display settings on customer portal; only the account owner can access the app.

  • Status: Deployed in February 2018.

  • Action required: Visit the application if you need any customization.



3. BizPhone app: The removal of web phone function

  • Item covered: Make a Call section under BizPhone

  • Description: The web phone function in BizPhone App will be deprecated due to low usage and technical limitation.

  • Status: Releasing in March 2018. 

  • Action required: Advise your customers to use Zoiper on PC/MAC with a BizPhone IP-Phone license.



4. Portal: The migration of B3networks login URL

  • Item covered: Service Providers account and respective platform apps 

             


  • Description: As part of the Portal Product Roadmap, the admin tools login will be migrated from portal.b3networks.com to https://your_rebranded_portal/admin

  • Status: Being developed.
