1. Customer portal: Knowledge Base (KB) is now ready
We have reviewed all KB content to make sure it is shareable to end user. Then, feel free to use the KB to guide your customers on applications' usage and troubleshooting.
2.1. Enable Knowledge Base
From your B3networks account, choose Portal Settings app from the sidebar
Turn on/off Show Knowledge Base link to show/hide it from the user portal.

2.1. Low credit alert
Service Providers can notice if any organization has reached the low credit limit.
You can adjust the limit and export the email address(es) of the organization(s) as well.
2.2. Schedule a change for a subscription
This new feature helps the customer to avoid the prorated charge when the renewal is not due as change and credit deduction incur on renewal date.
- Apply to add/remove DID and upgrade/downgrade a subscription plan
- Whenever you want to adjust a subscription SKU, please choose APPLY ON RENEWAL

With this update, you can see the subscriptions that are terminated and their information.
