#1 Bizphone

1.1 Gateway Extension

  • Allows users to integrate newly purchased Bizphone extensions with their existing PBX phone system, please click HERE for more information.

 

1.2 Random Caller ID

  • CallerID of an outgoing call can be randomly chosen from the existing CallerID pool, i.e. Private, purchased DID and registered number.
  • How to use: Bizphone app > Extension control > Choose an extension > Caller ID > Select Randomize callerID and Save.

#2 Virtual Line

Middle step between 2 blocks

  • User can add a new block anywhere in the call flow. This feature is useful when the call flow is complicated.
  • How to do: drag the mouse between 2 blocks and click the + icon >  choose a suitable command > input data and Save.


 


#3 Wallboard


Thanks to the hard work of the engineers, Wallboard has been updated with multiple new features as below:



3.1 Auto call the caller back: Callers can leave their contact to be called back if they don't want to wait in the queue. Call back request can be configured at Queue settings and found at Workspace.




3.2 Call Barge and Spy: From Workspace, Supervisor can see their agent's active calls and Spy (listen only) or even Barge (join) the conversation of the agent and the caller.




3.3 Custom remark for agent's status: Besides the default remarks, Supervisor can add more customized reasons for the agents to choose when they mark their status as Busy.




3.4 Customize call queue

  • Supervisor can define the priority of call queues so that incoming calls will be assigned to the queue with higher priority.
  • Supervisor can also determine the maximum size of the queue and the maximum wait time for caller.
