1. Finance app is launched 


The app performs all kinds of Finance activities by a designated person. In order to use the app, please choose Finance app from the left side bar at admin portal. 


Submit your request to support@b3networks.com and we will grant you the access.


Two functions at the first stage

  • Payment management: record and control the payment that your Customers send to you

  • Credit notes management: generate new credit note.

2. Customer portal: Invoice Self-pay


Customer can now pay for their invoices from their portal using existing points and credit card.

How to do:

  • From user portal, go to Home > Invoice

  • Filter by Invoice

  • Click the $ icon to pay or ⤓ icon to download

  • User points (credits) will be deducted first. If it is not sufficient, user will be asked to top up.  


NOTE: This feature is applied to

  • Purchase invoice only. Monthly invoice and Topup invoice are not applicable.

  • Users who can see Invoices tab from their portal. (You can decide to show or hide the tab at Portal Settings > Portal config).



3. Audit function is now available


We are trying to help account owners to keep track of changes in the account and apps. 

  • Service provider: with the newly released Partner Audit app, you can have audit log of all admin apps such as Customer, Product, Invoice, Finance… 

  • End user: from Audit section at Home page, they can audit their account and service activities.

  • However, the function is not fully integrated with all modules yet. At the first stage, we provide logs for Subscriptions (done via Customer app) and for Virtual line and Wallboard activities (done via user portal); the others will be added in the near future.



4. New features in Customer app



4.1. Subscription cost

Besides Renewal price, Renewal cost is shown in Subscription detail so that you can easily figure out how much you earn from a single subscription.


4.2. Latest transaction

To solve the question from customer on where their credits were spent on, we have released the Transaction section. Here, you can see 100 most recent transactions or group them by type (call, subscription or top-up).

NOTE:

  • The data might be delayed for about an hour. If you do not find the necessary data, please check again after a while.

  • Transactions with zero amount are excluded.


4.3. Notification

A section displays alert that the system sends to your customers, such as invoice, 2FA code, verification email or subscription notification. If your customers concern whether a notification is sent to them or not, you just need to check here and ask them to look through their email folders.
