1. Access control app


The application allows account owner to grant apps access to their members. With this app, you don't need to submit the request to support@b3networks.com anymore.

  • From the admin portal, choose Access Control app

  • Give access to your members by updating the matrix.

2. Discount app


Discount app provides you a new way to offer your customer a discount.

  • Before: you have to use Discount management section in Customer app. Only 3 types to choose: Subscription, Voice and SMS.

  • After Discount app is launched: you are able to set up discount to micro level

    • Customer level: each customer has a different discount rate

    • Product level: it supports to SKU level.

      • Product: app, number, usage, hardware or service

      • Variant: one or multiple plans of a product 

      • Sales model: one or multiple models of a variant 

    • Expiration: temporary or perpetual

  • NOTE: your current discount settings will be migrated properly.

3. New feature in Portal settings - Email settings

You can now update your platform email (contact sales and contact support) at Portal settings > Domain settings.

** Changes in Sender email are not supported at the moment.
