Monthly Tax Invoice will not have the Balance History (Statement of Account) section anymore, it will be moved to the CSV file downloadable from the Report App instead
2. Customer Portal - Payment

Usable Credits: Previously known as Available Credits. It’s the usable balance of the customer. It’s usually less than the total credits due to the system reserves a certain amount while the customer is making the transactions.
Display Credit Limit and the expiration date (if any). The credit limit can be configured by you through the Finance App.
Credit Limit means that you can allow your customer to owe you then pay back later.
For prepaid: you can set temporary credit limit so that their system won’t go down when they hit $0 balance
For postpaid: it’s the maximum amount that your customer can owe you.

Use color and text (CR/DR) to show balance status
Green: it displays the credits that the customers have
In the case of Postpaid and the customer paid more than the outstanding amount of the last invoice, CR (Credit) will appear to indicate the extra credit amount they now have.
Red: it displays the amount that the customers owe
In the case of Prepaid and the customer spent more than what they have, DR (Debit) will appear to indicate the amount that they now owe.
Introduce a new status Non operational which will appear when an active organization does not have enough credits to continue the services normally.
Change the column text from Current Credits to Current Balance
