Problem


Gojek is one of the biggest ride sharing platforms in Indonesia. They need to collect money from their drivers. Their debt collection department had an issue collecting bad debt - customers don’t answer calls from their phone number / private number


Solution


Our cloud PBX enabled them to randomize caller IDs. This means that for every outgoing call, the caller ID is randomly selected. This allowed Gojek to reach their debtors more efficiently thereby simplifying their debt collection efforts.
