File Management is designed to centralize all the files of Partner/Customer.

  1. Invoices 
    1. Incoming invoice: the invoices that B3networks issues to you
    2. Outgoing invoice: the invoices that you issue to your customers
  2. Statement of Account (SOA)
    1. Incoming SOA: the SOA that B3networks issues to you
    2. Outgoing SOA: the SOA that you issue to your customers
  3. Usage History
    1. Starting 2019, the system allows to search the live history for the last 60 days. Thereafter, system will AUTO convert all usage history into a monthly file.

    2. Includes call, sms, fax and DNC usage



To access, log in your admin account and go to File Management app.



NOTE:

  • System does not allow to delete files.
  • Files would be archived for eternity
