- Log in your admin account
- Go to Price List app
- Select Presets
1. Create Presets
- Add the price of products to Basket
- Click Basket to process. Within Basket, you can calculate the total price (before Tax) by entering the quantity and discount amount.
- Click Save as Preset and put in Name + Description. Finally, Click Save
2. Manage Presets
- Recheck the saved Presets via Presets tab
- Recheck the total price (after Tax) of Presets.
- In this step, Sales Team is also able to performs the following options:
- Add/Delete Products
- Change Qty and Discount
- Finally, save to the current presets or save to the new presets
- Recheck the total price (after Tax) of Presets.
3. Quotes
3.1 Create Quotes
After selecting and reviewing presets, you can continue to create Quotes.
- Add Name of Quotes and Email of Recipients
- Save as draft then export to PDF
- Export this Quotes as a PDF file
- Convert this Quotes to Invoice App
- Save as draft
- Convert this Quotes to Invoice App
- Save then send
- Send this Quotes to the Recipients
- Convert this Quotes to Invoice App
