BizOS extension is required when you try to log in as your customer account.
Instructions to install the extension.
1. Download the bizosv3.zip file and unzip it.
2. Use Chrome browser
3. Open Extensions: chrome://extensions/
4. Enable Developer Mode and click Load unpacked. Click the image for full size.
5. Select unzipped bin folder in step 1
6. Click on Details of BizOS extension > toggle on Allow in incognito
