1. Summary of payment and credits
The system provides you with two payment modes, prepaid and postpaid.
- Prepaid: the scheme in which users pay for the service upfront; they are charged on a real-time basis.
- Usable credits: the available amount that a user can spend, inclusive of the credit limit.
- Credit limit: the maximum amount of money that you let the users borrow when their credit balance goes negative.
- Postpaid: the scheme in which the users are billed at the end of the month for the services availed by them; they are charged on a monthly basis.
- Current balance (unbilled amount): the usage amount for the current bill period.
- Credit limit: the maximum amount of money that you let the users borrow. The credit limit is applied to the unbilled amount and is reset every month for postpaid users.
- Amount due: the sum of all costs they have been invoiced for, minus any payments that have been applied to those costs.
You might consider migrating your customers from prepaid to postpaid if
- Your customers, e.g. the enterprise customers, prefer paying one time per month by the invoice to advance topping up. In order for them to have sufficient credits to operate, you are using the Auto-issue feature.
- Your usable credits, which equals to (your credit with B3) minus (your customer credits with you) keeps reducing because of the auto-issue feature.

- Warns users of no audio output due to microphone issues.
- Improves to avoid distorted audio on some devices. (Windows version)
- Enables the microphone to launch on Mac OS 10.14 without asking users to change the BizPhone's audio device settings. (MacOS version)
