In Admin Portal, Go to Number Management App in the left sidebar.


Choose "Reserved" tab:

  • A number can be reserved: 

    • when a specific customer wants to have a number

    • when the partner wants to reserve numbers for future use, e.g. customer account is not created yet, save a nice number to win sales.

    • B3 Support will help you reserve your desired numbers.

  • Reserve does not require documentation.

  • Free reservation period (Normal number):

    • Number state change from Available to Reserved: 28 days. 

    • Number state change from Assigned to Reserved:

      • After a subscription expires: 56 days.

      • After a subscription is terminated: 28 days.

      • After a number is swapped out of a subscription: 1 day

  • 7 days before the reservation expires, system will notify the reserver via email.

  • After the reservation expires, the number is released to the inventory.

  • Charged reservation:

    • Happen after the free period;

    • You need to purchase a product called Number reservation;

    • An SKU has to be created for this purpose;

    • Number captures this event and extends the reservation.



1.6. Special cases

1.6.1.  Golden number

  • Rule to define a number is golden: the numbers are graded by formula. Numbers with score higher than a selected threshold (tier) is flagged Golden.

  • The golden number is not available to the public.

  • It can only be purchased after it is reserved. 

  • After the reservation (free or paid), the number will be released back to the golden number list.

1.6.2. Ported in number

  • A number is marked/flagged Ported-in.

  • Free reservation period:

    • Number state change from Available to Reserved: 28 days. 

    • Number state change from Assigned to Reserved

      • After a subscription expires: 84 days.

      • After a subscription is terminated: 56 days.

      • After a number is swapped out of a subscription: 28 days
