1. Admin
The Admin will be able to access the Extensions Control, Call, Dial Plan, Connected Devices and Provisioning.
2. Users
For the Users, besides using the extension on the device (IP phone or softphone), they can also log in their account to make the internet calls. Kindly note that the Admin has to assign the extension to the user before they can use this feature.
