In order to record the Bizphone, please go to Call recording and 

• Click on [Setting]

• Key in the extension number

• Turn on call recording feature

• Finally, click on [Save]

The default settings are for outgoing calls. If your BizPhone extension has a DID or connected to a Virtual line, please also configure to record Incoming call.

• Go to bizphone Extension control

• Choose the bizphone extension

• Click Call recording

• Edit and Save
