• Log into your B3 account 

  • Click on the grey arrow icon on the left sidebar

  • Select [Customer] in the left sidebar

  • Key in the name of your customer account

  • Select [Purchase] at Subscriptions and select Bizphone to activate the free standard plan first

  • Click [Edit] the Bizphone that is just activated

  • Click [Other add-ons] tab and key in the number of Bizphone IP license or Mobile license to activate

  • Select [Number] tab to buy number if you want to dedicate a separate number for Bizphone extensions 


* Note:

  • You will need to add the apps to Products app in order to purchase subscriptions for customer accounts. 
  • Only add on mobile license if you want to make outgoing calls from Bizphone mobile application on your mobile phone.
