1.   Log in to your account and go to App Center (the 3 dash lines icon) -> SMS Marketing.


2.   To send out your first SMS campaign, click on "+ Create Campaign" on your SMS Marketing App. 


3.   Then, type in the name of your campaign and click on "Create".



  • Choose recipients: Select the customer/s you would like to send your campaign message to.

Add recipients either manually or by uploading a CSV file:

CSV file template is available in the “Recipients” page. You can download to edit and then upload it.



  • Prepare message: ALLOW RECIPIENTS TO UNSUBSCRIPTION? turn on/off. 


If you allow the unsubscribe option, your message capacity will be shortened to 132 characters to account for the unsubscribe message.


  • Set actions: SCHEDULE CAMPAIGN/ set action for Consent number:
