User (who is assigned the extension) uses this tab to configure Call settings and to make call from the portal.


  • Ring settings: to ring either their IP phone, or their mobile, or both of them.

  • Mailbox settings: to set up how your voicemail works  


    • Elapsed time: after ** seconds, the call is marked as missed and forward to voicemail

    • Language: Customize your message Language settings.

    • Message: Key in your missed call notification message.

    • Process Call After Message: Select the preferred action after the missed call message has been played to the caller.

    • Notify me via email: Enter the email address you would like to receive missed call notification.
