Via Customer app --> Purchase subscription or purchase add-on

1. Purchase subscription

Choose Purchase under contract

2. Purchase add-ons to an existing subscription

Items in a contract can only be added to the subscriptions that were purchased under a contract.

Choose the subscription > Edit add-ons > Purchase normallly
