In general, caller ID of a service can be
- The DID itself
- Phone number of the account OWNER
- Private
- The registered mobile number of the user
- Customized (condition applied)

For #1, 2 and 3
Please go to either Extension Control (owner and admin view) or Call tab (member view).
a. Extension Control:
Step 1: Click the extension that you want to change caller ID
Step 2: Choose Caller ID
Step 3: Select an ID among the list: DIDs, registered number of the owner or Private. Then Save
b. Call tab: The extension has to be assigned to a staff in order to be seen at Call tab. Please refer to #4
#4: The extension MUST be assigned to a staff before it can use his/her mobile number as caller ID
Step 1: assign an extension to a Staff
Choose an extension and Assign Staff
Choose a staff from a list and Save
Step 2: Each user needs to log in their Bizphone and stays at Call tab, pay attention to ID
Open the Dropdown list, the registered mobile number is available to choose
