There are 3 ways to set caller ID for Bizphone extensions.

  1. From Extension control
  2. From Call
  3. From Caller ID Plan


Note:

  • The configuration in CallerID Plan is the most powerful among those 3. Its change will overwrite ALL configuration in Extension Control and Call.
  • The configuration in Ext Control has the same level of that of Call. An update in this place will result in the change in the other.
