Example: prefix 65 to a Singapore number
2. Caller ID plan
This plan supports differentiate the CallerID when calls are made to different countries. For example, calls to SG will have callerID A and calls to Malay will have callerID B.
NOTE: This is the master settings of Caller ID, compared to the settings in Extension control and Call tab.
3. PIN Plan
This plan is to disable PIN code when calls are made to specific countries.
